To place an order please email orders@blinkprint.com with card design code, all card wording and photo's attached. Please advise if you would like any additional changes made to your photo card and we will do our best to make these changes if possible.

Proofing

We will not send your cards to print until you are 100% happy with the final layout and design. You will be sent a proof via email for you to check thoroughly and approve for print. If you would like any changes please let us know at this time.

Once you are happy a final proof will be sent to you for final approval before your cards are printed.

Please note that there may be minor colour variations due to the printing process and the calibration of your computer screen.

Low resolution photographs do not process well so we ask that you send all your photo’s to us is hi resolution. If we feel that the standard of the photo is not of quality we will advise you.

Part of our service we perform basic retouching free of charge. This is to eliminate red-eye and minor imperfections. If you would like more retouching, this will incur an additional re-touching fee.

We reserve the right to reject any order that we feel is inappropriate.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within Australia by Australia post at a flat rate of $8.00 per shipment.

For International shipping please contact us for a quotation.

Please note that once the order has left our hands things are out of our control and unfortunately damages can occur. If you have any problems please contact us and return the damaged good and we will discuss replacement of damaged stock.
